Introducing AutumnCare’s new Chief Operating Officer
Dr Michael Preece has joined AutumnCare as Chief Operations Officer.
Michael is a doctoral qualified Registered Nurse with 25 years senior management experience in the health and Aged Care industries.
This includes experience in hospital management, human resource management and risk management.
Experience in Aged Care
Michael has held executive positions in Aged Care for the past 14 years, including CEO and Executive Director of Operations in a large multi-service care organisation.
Michael was a Director with Alzheimer’s Western Australia for 6 years, ACSA Divisional Council Member of 4 years, as well as Chair of the WA and National Residential Committees.
With a strong history in clinical governance, Michael is focused on the development and delivery of enabling models of care and system improvements.
Michael’s goal at AutumnCare
Michael’s appointment is focused on aligning AutumnCare with Aged Care operational imperatives and positioning us to be better able to respond to the needs of the industry.
He looks forward to meeting face-to-face with our customers as soon as this becomes possible again.
