As we wait to see how the COVID-19 situation unfolds, AutumnCare wishes to remind clients that our support availability will remain unaltered.
AutumnCare has business continuity plans in place to ensure that we are able to continue business as usual with minimal disruption to clients.
All of our staff have the ability to work remotely from home if required.
This will allow us to continue providing uninterrupted Technical and Clinical Support during regular business hours.
Travel and client visits
For the next 21 days there will be no non-essential staff travel.
At the conclusion of the above travel limitation we will reinstate the following precautions:
- No travel for work if the staff member has visited Mainland China, Iran, South Korea, Italy or Mongolia
- Postponing travel for 14 days if the staff member has visited Japan, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore or Thailand
- Quarantine of 14 days if any staff come into contact with anyone showing potential symptoms
This is in accordance with advice as outlined by the Chief Health Officer.
All staff have been reminded of hand hygiene practices and hand sanitiser is provided in multiple locations throughout AutumnCare offices.
This is to ensure we are doing everything possible to minimise risk and protect the most vulnerable members of our society.
If the need arises, AutumnCare is able to operate in offline mode during evacuations and relocation to temporary accommodation.
